Vanessa Civiello is a German radio and television host who was born in 1991 in Stuttgart. She became famous in 2009 when she participated in the sixth season of the RTL talent show Deutschland sucht den Superstar, but she quit voluntarily due to health reasons and the competitive pressure. She studied speech therapy in Regensburg from 2013 to 2014 and then started a traineeship at Funkhaus Regensburg. She hosted the morning show of the radio station bigFM from 2016 to 2017 and then worked mainly as a voice actor for commercials. In 2020, she joined RTL and co-hosted the all-day children’s radio station Toggo Radio, operated by Super RTL. Since August 2022, she is also the host of the RTL morning shows Punkt 6, Punkt 7 and Punkt 8. She is known for her cheerful and energetic personality and her passion for music and entertainment.
